“入住時剛好遇到下午茶時間，朱古力美味。酒店職員頗友善，check out後在酒店門外候Uber時遇到問題也有主動出來協助。這一次入住的樓層較低和面向大街，晚上交通聲響會較大。另外，酒店房門關上時會產生較大聲響，鄰居關門時會被聲量嚇到。”

“Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water……

“The staffs are helpful and its location is very convenient. But some of the facilities needed to be checked more deeply. There is a lot of dust near the aircon and the body lotion provided seems turn bad etc ”

“The staff is super nice and helpful. This apartment is at a perfect location which allows convenient transportation to CBD, South Melbourne, St.kilda etc... Sometimes, you might enjoy the beautiful sunset and sunrise by the dock at the perfect timing. Our unit is spacious, clean and tidy. One point to add, if you wanna cook a delicious meal for your family and friends. There is a supermarket nearby (Woolsworth) and the unit has a variety of kitchenware for you to choose.”

“Hotel is very close to Southern Cross Station and tram station. The 2-bedroom provides complete kitchen facility and washer/dryer which is very convenient for a family. The frontdesk is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.”
