Awesome Place to stay. Quick communication with Matthew. He was very helpful and he made sure we felt right at home. Well furnished home. Great experience for first timers. So close to everything. Words coming straight from my cousin's mouth: It was great to be honest I would rent it again next time I go if it's available,no doubt.

Pros: close to Manitou Springs, downtown, Pikes Peak, & Garden of the Gods. Spacious house & kitchen. Cons: needed further cleaning before we checked in. The floors were dirty. Some of the gaming equipment was in the laundry room covered with dust. Please purchase a new a new coffee maker, it was a pain to use and they aren’t very expensive. The trash can enclosure needs a new gate; very difficult when taking out the trash.

Our realtor was wonderful and very responsive. He quickly responded to our questions. He had a lot of suggestions as to where to travel. He also provided us with a lot of basic items which made traveling from a longer distance easier. The video games and ping pong table were a big hit for our family. That being said, this older home needs a little love. There were a few problems with the electricity and we had to reset the fuse a few times. All in all , we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The property was not clean. In the kitchen a cabinet was missing. I have to clean the dust of the night tables and tables in the living room since they filled with dust. In general my feeling was that the property was not ready to receive the guest. Thank you, Grace

This place is in a great spot in the Springs. You'll be close to most attractions and you're right next to the Broadmoor. The home was clean overall and the Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The basement was great with the Arcade (played my childhood games) and the Ping Pong/Air hockey/pool table was great as well. Matt reached out to me and conveyed all needed information and was very friendly. I'd recommend staying here!

This place was awesome for my family! Kids loved the game room and I loved all the space. Good location. There is another unit next to it but they mind their own. Matt sent me his personal number which was much easier to communicate that way. Really enjoyed the stay, can't wait to be back soon!

Very clean, very updated interior, it had plenty of room, the owners were very responsive and friendly. Besides the large living room, there was a really well-thought-out game room. And the location was super convenient for getting to a variety of places without having to travel very far. We absolutely loved it!!

We had a comfortable stay, everything went very smoothly! The property manager was friendly and flexible. The game room in basement would be great for kids but didn't realize the table was a smaller version. Walking distance to a great little ice cream shop (Caffeinated Cow), Ivywild School, downtown area, and Seven Falls. Property has a ton of additional potential with some attention to the fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and a grill. I know that the next time we look to stay in the area, this will be toward top of our options.

This home allowed us SO much more than just hotel rooms! We could all be in the same space with lots of room and game tables, too. Great location and host was immediately helpful when we had a power outage. Great place!!!
