They didn't clean the trash can before I moved in

"There are still some trash inside the trash can. Inside the room there was the unmistakable odor because of the trash... Some hairs are on the bed. I believe they didn't clean the pillow nor the sheet... The heater is too small. Even turn it to the max power, it's still cold in the room."

"We did a combined family trip to the Tetons with a grand view of them right outside the front window! The check-in process was a breeze and the cabin had everything we needed for creature comforts (linens, hygiene items, towels, laundry room, etc). Everything was included and in good working order. ..."
