They didn't clean the trash can before I moved in

"There are still some trash inside the trash can. Inside the room there was the unmistakable odor because of the trash... Some hairs are on the bed. I believe they didn't clean the pillow nor the sheet... The heater is too small. Even turn it to the max power, it's still cold in the room."

"We had the most amazing time at Moose Creek Ranch! Our conestoga wagon was so cute, clean and comfortable, the lodge was very inviting, and the property grounds were very well kept! We even got to experience live music on the night we were there as an added bonus! The woodfire pizza and ice cream ..."
