“We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat.”

“This hotel provides good value for downtown Vancouver with restaurants, bars and a gas station close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of options included in the free breakfast. The only negative was an odd smell in our room. We got used to it after a few minutes and didn’t bother mentioning it to the hotel.”

“I was there for 3 days got 1 single clean towels after using the provided set. At check out I lost my glasses so I was leaving late and continued to get harassing calls from office and house keeping when I was leaving rather then offering to help me.”

“The staff always impacts my decision whether to return to a hotel or not. Their staff was excellent. Very professional and kind.The breakfast selections were tasty and well presented. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The amount of lighting was just right. I have stayed in hotels where the room was so dimly lit, you couldn't tell if it was clean. I would stay again.”
