“Everything about this house was great! It was spotless, and pleasing to the eye. Everything in the house was “top of the line”. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I had brought a bag of coffee as most rentals have regular coffee pots. When I saw the Keurig, I was ready to go buy some pods. Then I noticed the little drawer under the coffee pot that was filled with pods. You had everything covered Josh! Thank you for coming over immediately to help us get……

“Lovely cottage on beautiful Lake Hayward. Very clean, comfortable accommodations and the view of the lake is stunning. The bathroom was newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve our meals. The host was very responsive and kind. “The property was exactly as advertised and what we needed for a two night stay for a graduation. It was economical and accommodated 5 people comfortably. The interior is a bit dated, but clean. We did not spend much time at the property, so it worked well for us. The beds were a bit hard, but functional for two nights.”

“Cottage was just as good as it looked in the photos. Very clean and pleasant, tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for a month's stay was provided including plenty of linens/towels, roomy washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Easy access to the lake where we enjoyed swimming and canoeing. A short distance to the Nathan Hale Homestead Museum made for an excellent destination for daily walks that included some stops at the "Bread Shed" on the way to get some delicious breads……

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was as described, with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the use of floaties and beach towels for the lake. The house stayed cool and refreshing when the weather heated up during our stay. The lake access was wonderful and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend this property!”

“Our stay at Lake Williams was exactly what we were seeking for our 25th wedding anniversary - a lake house experience reminiscent of our childhood! We stayed outside all day long enjoying all that the property had to offer - time out of the hot July sun in the boathouse relaxing/reading on the comfortable couch (good lake breeze), grilling each night on the gas Weber grill, an evening fire in the solo stove and showering in the fantastic outdoor shower, enjoying sunset on the dock, watching the……

“We had a lovely stay at Reel Simple on Bolton Lake. The house fit our needs. It was a quiet and peaceful location despite being on a main traffic route. Despite the warning of the uneven floors we didn't find them a problem. It was nice to go out in the morning and have coffee by the lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will book here, if possible, in the future.”
