“Theona is an absolute amazing host. When you arrive there are cute litte snacks on the table with a note. The cottage smelled clean. And not a bleach clean or im trying to hide a bad smell clean. Very pleasant. We had purchased groceries on the way down so to the kitchen we went. There you will find a keurig duo. Feel free to bring grounds or pods for your morning cup of coffee. If you forget there are pods there. If you aren't a coffee drinker she also has just about every tea you can think of……

“We stayed in the cutest cottage. It was everything we expected and more! The area was so quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in the neighborhood and just fell in love with the area. ”

“The property was very nice, clean, and appeared as listed. The property manager was very helpful and promptly responded to any questions I had. The home was prepared for us, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a wonderful experience. ”

“Dog friendly 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Outdoor stairs easier for some to get to second floor. The spiral staircase inside is not ideal for people who may have mobility issues. Comfortable temperature control. W/D in good working condition. Limited cooking utensils. May want to bring favorite pots/pans if you’re planning on meal prep. We all felt very comfortable staying there and the location is tops!! Centrally located and close to beaches, shops, restaurants , etc. Two very friendly cats live……

“Purpose of our overnight was for rest & refreshment. We wanted something quiet and away from people, this place was exactly that. Very clean and organized. Very little dish & hand soap, but everything else was well thought out and provided for. Appreciated the Keurig cups, we enjoyed several cups of coffee. The sunrise view was amazing. ”

“Nice location with beautiful view. Cute cottage with ample rooms for family to gather. Highly walkable neighborhood in a charming town. ”

“The location was perfect for our first family vacation in a very long time . Being able to crab and fish right from the dock was great! Pool was fantastic be prepared to pay $2 per a bracelet for the pool though for your stay (I left my bracelets behind, hopefully they'll be available to the next people!) Brian was so accommodating and responded quickly.”
