“Only 2things wrong. One coffee pot not working and light in master bath inoperative. Other than that awesome stay and may want it next year. Great place.”

“House is a perfect spot for someone with multiple dogs and does not care about pet hair, stained carpets, etc. We were not allowed to check in an hour early as we were told housekeeping needed that time, however we were in the driveway and there was no housekeeping there. Sinks and tables were dirty upon entering home and no resolution about cleaning fee being reimbursed as we had to clean.”

“We loved the cottage and our stay! The view was amazing! We went into Outer banks 2 times and the near by refuge as well. It’s definitely a rural property so shops and restaurants were a bit of a drive but we had everything we need to cook and grill. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Johanna and Trip were quick to communicate with us and help answer questions. Our kiddos did not want to leave at the end of the stay! ”

“Beautiful view of the sound from the dining area... Right around the corner from Wright Bros Monument, Jockey's Ridge State Park (home of tallest sand dune on the East coast), and the beach! It was too cold to swim when we went, but we enjoyed dipping our feet in. We were able to enjoy the Northern outer banks on a wild horse adventure tour that drove us on the beach, climbed Currituck beach lighthouse and even took a day trip down to Cape Hatteras and took the ferry to Ocracoke Island. Great……

“We had an awesome stay in the WIE house. The property feels secluded, yet it’s only minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The front side of the home gives you a “cabin in the woods” vibe while the backside of the home has a wonderful view of the sound. We enjoyed the sunsets each evening. Check in/check out was seamless and the host was very prompt with responding to communication. I would definitely stay here again!”
