“I had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everything was well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!”

“Pros: clean inside, comfortable bed, magnifying makeup mirror in full bath, dehumidifiers, plenty of parking, a nice covered outdoor eating/visiting area, house was stocked with TP, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, sponge, kitchen towels, coffee & even some snacks! Cons: the exterior of the house was very dirty and the bushes were overgrown. There is no electrical outlet in the 1/2 bath for hairdryer, etc. ”

“I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!”

“We rented the house while we were in town visiting some family. The house was very clean and spacious. Lamar greeted us and showed us around. We would love to rent this again if it’s available when we come back. ”

“House was the perfect size for our party of 6. Our teen slept on the couch by choice and it was comfortable. It did not have any “extras.” Soap, but no shampoo. No coffee or tea. No hair dryer. Would have been perfect with those things. Not a huge deal but I included it in the review so other guests can plan ahead. We would definitely stay there again! ”
