“This property had the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets and it's set in a very private and peaceful space. My kids and I loved the pool, but also the general ambiance within the home. Not to mention a large kitchen with a variety of appliances.”

The trail down to the treehouse results in a quiet and secluded space - surrounded by forest and the sounds of birds. As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues. But for us, these things enhanced our stay, and we would definitely return. ……

“During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made staying connected a bit tricky. The kitchen was not equipped with a set of steak or sharp knives, nor were there dish towels or cloths to clean up dirty dishes. The upstairs guests were quite noisy, with a small child running laps at 7:00 a.m. Additionally, there was a lack of board or……

“We stayed three nights for a wine-tasting getaway and a trip to Monticello. Everything is close by, the wineries and Monticello. The lovely little town of Scotsville has wonderful restaurants and a terrific coffeeshop/bakery with muffins, scones and delicious quiche. The farm is wonderful with dogs and cattle and a firepit! The living room is quite comfortable for late night chats and the kitchen is fully functional! What a nice time! The hosts are terrific and friendly and willing to help steer……

An adorable little apartment tucked away off the road with a great kitchen space, heavenly shower and cozy bed. The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay again! ”
