“Rosie's Place was a lovely retreat. Excellent place to stay for a visit to Indiana University to see my daughter. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again. ”

“The bungalow was a perfect spot for us to stay for a short girls trip. The beds were comfortable and the place is decorated nicely. The hot tub never was able to get above 96’ so unfortunately that wasn’t quite what we hoped for. The place was overall clean. Personally, we didn’t love some of the long shaggy rugs especially coming from the hot tub entrance because they felt kinda yucky and probably not clean. Might be good to replace with a flat rug that can be cleaned occasionally. Overall……

“This one night stay was in the middle of our destination so we were only there for about 9 hours but everything was perfect. Since we checked in very late I wanted the check in process to go smooth and it was flawless. Place was clean and had everything we wanted and needed. It was a little out of town which is also what we wanted. We planned to hit the road right away in the morning but instead made a quick breakfast and explored the place a little bit. The kids were able to feed the animals……

“Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just……

“This was a relaxing vocation me and my family took together. The house is spacious and very interesting. I love how the house stayed exactly the way it was left. I enjoyed hearing the families background and how it stayed in the family. An amazing overall experience”

“House was awesome and unique. I went for Easter to spend time with my son who’s at IU. My younger two kids were there, my son’s two roommates along with two of their girlfriends, and my boyfriend. There was plenty of space. The area is amazing to walk around. I highly recommend and would go back. Host is amazing! ”
