“My husband and I were in Athens for the Athens Comedy Festival and Jason's attic apartment was a perfect place to rest between activities. Quiet, clean, with all the amenities I needed and plenty of space for 2 adults to relax. It's walkable to lovely little coffee places and restaurants, and a very short drive downtown. Check in and check out were easy and Jason was very communicative. I highly recommend staying here!”

“I stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. It was overall a pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood, nearly exactly what I needed, although... The first issue was the entry/exit from the gravel parking area and the street. There was only one precise diagonal angle I could travel with my car (a 2024 Nissan Sentra) to avoid bottoming out, due to steep angles and potholes in the gravel.
