“This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and……

“This was unlike any location I have ever stayed. We really enjoyed it. It was one of the quietest locations, except for sounds of nature, I have ever been. Our dogs LOVED it. We hiked, grilled out, hung out at the lake and chilled by the fire. The tiny home was perfect. The host was responsive to all my questions. This is in the description but the cell service is extremely spotty. If you need to be online, this might not be the place for you. ”

“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

“The property was great for our needs. There were 3 couples and 3 small children and we were all very comfortable. We appreciated that the door on the porch going to the deck locked and we were able to let the kids play on the porch. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived later than we thought we would and it was dark, but had no problems getting in. Close to grocery stores and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. ”
