The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences. ”

Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”

The driveway is a little tricky with multiple cars but the property does say to drive on the pine straw and that was very helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Athens!!
