“This house was the perfect location to visit my Georgia family. Located almost exactly 15 minutes from each Aunt made this a very enjoyable spot! John was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family and hopefully in the spring so I can see the beautiful gardens. The farm animals are very cute and John is currently working on a greenhouse that he said he might have finished by the next time we return!”

“Very well kept property, beautiful landscape. The inside of the cottage was immaculate and had just about everything you need for a weekend getaway. Bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in shower, nice linens, towels, and decorated perfectly for a cottage. Very quiet at night, perfectly close to Athens and all the quaint cities and towns in the area. Great communication with host as well. Pictures are accurate as well. We would definately stay here again! Cheers.”

“The house was a nice cozy house overall. The kitchen was updated with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t spend time on the patio in the evening because the lights didn’t work. Would’ve like to have a fire pit to use. The basement was cold. There was no dock so we couldn’t hang out by the lake and there were to many leaves on the property that should’ve been blown away from the house. ”

“Our stay at Casabella was an absolutely lovely experience. It's a beautiful cottage and property, and the views of the lake are wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well-stocked. “There was nothing there had to buy toilet paper, dish soup, no cleaning supplies, no extra towels so had to buy laundry soup to do towels life one for each person for 7 days place was nice but come with nothing then code people showed up to let us know that it was not zoned for short term rental and not up to code it was not accommodating for house hold things but nice location”

“The property was just as pictured. When we finally got the right code for the key we were set to start our stay. The road was a fun experience to drive each time and unique as far as any I have driven. It was quite except for the rip black walnuts falling from the trees, but was enjoyable for a first time experience. We did not get to use the yard as much as I would have liked but it was set up for a small fire and outdoor fun with some relaxing features. The fence was nice and made it even……
