It is just as impressive in person as it is in the photographs, and it was absolutely immaculate.This is an ideal destination for a couples' getaway, an author's retreat, or a grandmother heading to a concert in Atlanta--as I was!Basic toiletries, snacks, and COFFEE (my ONE essential in any lodging!) were provided. “Very clean and smelled wonderful! Everything was convenient in the home and easy access to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable! The host was easy to reach and communicated very well-I love that! You can tell the host cares and it shows in the property as well! Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place Cozy Cottage. The special touches that Paul and his wife provided were very appreciated. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. Although not mentioned in the listing, there is a full-size washer and dryer. One of the best values on Lake Lanier. A great cozy getaway!! Also wonderful because we were able to see some deer. Paul was communicative and very helpful. A wonderful host! We highly recommend this property. ”
