“We had a comfortable stay at the lake cottage. Could have done without all the rain! Loved the location right on the lake. The surrounding neighborhood is a perfect place to walk. The views of the lake and wildlife are lovely. The house has everything you need. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms are also great. “i have rented houses on Lanier for over a decade and, I have already booked this house two more times this summer. Everything was very well done in the house and the thoughtful amenities were a great touch!! The owners were super easy and pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to be back!! “As a trip for our 4 grandsons to visit Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, the location is beyond perfect! The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 4 queen beds that more than accommodated our grandsons. The master suite is on the main floor and the space is ah-mazing!!! I could go on for days as to how comfortable the bed is… Our hosts were so kind and informative and made sure I had all I needed to make our stay that much more spectacular 🥰We now know where we will stay every summer on our……

“The house is beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities that you need. Even on the rainy day, we had the opportunity to play pool on the lower level, darts on the main floor and cards on the 2nd floor. It has a wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. There are 3 decks that were wonderful for enjoying the beautiful evenings. “Simply a HIDDEN GEM. I HAVE RENTED MANY PROPERTIES, BUT THIS BY FAR THE BEST. OWners lLAUANN WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HOMEMADE BROWIES WE WE ARRIVED, SPACE WAS CLEAN, INVITING AND FELT LIKE HOME. “Communication with the Manager was EXCELLENT! She was quick to respond to every question, very much appreciated. Property was as described and very nice. Beds were comfortable too. Driveway is quite steep and there is little room to turn around if you have 2 or more vehicles of any size in your party as I did. Nothing can be done about this, just something to bear in mind. The only negative was with the electronic basketball and driving games. I was going to entertain my 3 year old……
