“Communication with the Manager was EXCELLENT! She was quick to respond to every question, very much appreciated. Property was as described and very nice. Beds were comfortable too. Driveway is quite steep and there is little room to turn around if you have 2 or more vehicles of any size in your party as I did. Nothing can be done about this, just something to bear in mind. The only negative was with the electronic basketball and driving games. I was going to entertain my 3 year old……

The driveway is a little tricky with multiple cars but the property does say to drive on the pine straw and that was very helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Athens!! “I cannot say enough about how accommodating and friendly the owners of this property were to our family, both at arrival and throughout our entire stay. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was easily accessible. Having such a beautiful home so close to campus ensured we were able to get to each graduation event easily and the weekend went off without a hitch. Thank you, thank you!!
