“We stayed at Dawg Manor while in town for a work conference. The property is in a great location that is convenient to town and has a beautiful view from the back deck. The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences. ”

“One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”

“We loved the clean, comfortable, and convenient 4-bedroom house, a great option to hotel rooms. Staying at this site allowed us to be 5-10 minutes from our conference in downtown Athens, while also providing a shared space for team building and planning. It was fantastic!”

“The house and property are super cute and clean! It was perfect was what we needed. The driveway is a little tricky with multiple cars but the property does say to drive on the pine straw and that was very helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Athens!! The property managers were very kind! ”

“Wow doesn’t even cover it. The owner greeted us when we arrived. She was absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is stunningly beautiful. We will only stay there when we visit Athens to watch our beloved Georgia Dawgs!!! Close to everything and you totally get the college town vibes. The Athenian is worth every penny. “If you are planning to stay during a game day weekend, keep in mind that this property backs up to a large fraternity house and is next door to a busy tailgate lot (and the noise could be an issue). If that bothers you, this may not be the property for you. It did not bother me. Everything else about our stay was A+++.”
