“The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, moments from the Fox and Washington University/Barnes. The rooms were perfect and spacious. The shower was spacious and hot, the beds were comfy. For someone needing extended stay i found the kitchenette well appointed even with a glass cooktop. There are enough dishes and cookware to suffice for simple meals. Honestly, the only thing lacking was an oven. The pool was a tad small compared to other hotel pools, but very clean. (No hot tub). The……

“Our stay was very good, especially for the price compared to similar hotels in the area. We appreciate this particular hotel & will most likely book there again. There were just a few anomalies this time compared to our previous visits. 1) there was no covering on the bedspring/bottom of the bed. it was exposed. It didn't hurt anything, it just looked bad. 2) When turning on one of the lamps, sparks shot up from the top. The front desk immediately called maintenance as soon as we told them, so……

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“Love this property. What will keep me from staying here again is the mattress. It’s time to upgrade. The room was clean but staying in it 3 days I noticed a lot of areas that needed to be cleaned better like the walls around the toilet and furniture. I love Drury properties and think they are a tremendous value. This hotel is wonderfully located and the staff is top-notch. Unfortunately we did not get to partake in the evening kickback but the breakfast is always solid.”

“The Knight center is a little removed from shopping and restaurants (about 20 min walk to Delmar business corridor), but if you have business on campus it is very convenient. The room was very comfortable, and looked as if it were recently renovated. The staff were all very kind and helpful - particularly enjoyed my conversation with Valencia, the bartender at the Bear public house. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit WashU. ”
