“The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host.”

“What a wonderful apartment! It was exactly as advertised and Jackie was a delight to work with on every aspect from dealing with possible train delays due to a strike to the personal notes and directions on how to work everything in the apartment. Chairs met us at the vaparetto station and walked us to the apartment and explained checking in and out as well as leaving her information if we needed anything. The absolute best part was the patio on the canal where we drank wine and watched the……

“This is a very great place, very clean and accurrate, i would totally recommend this place and revisit again. Elizabbetta the host and her son are wonderfull, they even wait for us at the water taxi station and helped us carry our luggage, explain everything in detail, kept communicating through our stay to ensure we were ok. I would definitely recommend 100% this place and would love to have every host from Elizabetta learn how to treat clients - wonderful place and wonderful host!!! Best place……

“The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!”

"Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable.
