“This was a great place to stay for my 10 days in Venice. The location is quiet but still in the ‘thick of things’. A great local bar has opened up close by. Cafes, bistros, a supermarket, shops - all close by. I would have liked a folder that gave me a few hints for the area and good places to go - but otherwise it was fantastic!”

“Staying in the Dosoduro area was absolutely amazing! It was quieter, cafés all around, a quaint little bar right across the canal, laundry service down the street, restaurants, Piazza’s everything you could want, but away from the crowds, hustle and bustle. The property was perfect!!!! The host was amazing and so helpful before and during our stay. They met us on site and walked us through everything which was awesome!!!! They also arranged the private taxis to and from the property which was……

“My family of 5 enjoyed the property so much- it was clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The location was convenient for us to go everywhere on foot. It was a 10 minute walk to the bus station and 15 minutes from the train station. Elisabetta was a great host and I would recommend this property to anyone!”

“Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Bad zum Schwimmen. Mobilheim sauber und funktionell. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Großer Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Cafeteria zum Kaffee kochen vorhanden. Wer Filterkaffee mag, unbedingt Filter und Filtertüten mitbringen. Nutzt und bietet niemand in Italien an. .😉 Toilettenpapier, Bettzeug, Handtücher mitbringen oder mieten. Sehr gut: Liegen und Sonnenschirm am schönen Strand inklusive. Personal überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar……

“A nicely appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Venice. Nice shower and kitchen. Nice garden but it’s filled with mosquitos. Wonderful Italy gave us the wrong address for the property, which took some time from our schedule. And having to hike from one end of the city to another to pick up the key wasn’t a positive experience. It was an interesting experience renting this place but wouldn’t do it again.”

“Its tall, but has a lot of space including the rooftop! The location is fantastic. Has a washer & dryer. We would definitely stay here again and already referred others to it.”

“Highly recommended if you drive. The hotel located in a small village very close to a long lovely beach, and it takes only 5-minute drive to Chioggia - Wonderful experience, beautiful place, good food everywhere, but the most important part is —- not always fully occupied by tourists.”
