“Great location and very nice rooms. Only complaint the TV streaming was poor. Could not watch anything without it stopping. Perhaps the router is out of range. Bathroom was tight but we managed. Tiny sink and mirror. Not ideal for hair and makeup. No area to place toiletries. Last thing, the parking late was half a mile away so if you find a closer spot I would suggest that. ”

“Nice historic house with close proximity to Thames Street. Good walking distance to restaurants and shops and very quiet at night. We walked everywhere and got uber to mansions and the cliff walk when needed. The hotel has a rooftop and sitting area around the house where we enjoyed our morning and afternoon rest. “This a great location in Newport. It is such a walkable city and this location is VERY walkable for restaurants, sight-seeing and just exploring! A nice breakfast was included with our reservation and was made to order. No self-serve room with numerous chafing dishes of dried out scrambled eggs, super greasy bacon and toasters or waffle irons that you operate yourself. Our bed was very comfortable and the room charming! The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only things we didn’t like was that the curtains could be better at keeping light out. The sun came in early. We’ll certainly be coming back next year. ”

“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set……
