“Property good smell like an over abundance of Hotel air freshener. I was on the second floor Waterview room very nice. Only bad thing is was over the top of a bar underneath that seemed to favor lotta young college people music was very loud. Could feel the base from the music. I was OK though we stayed up late and did our own thing but when you’re going to bed if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a problem.”

“This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”

“Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. “We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue.……

“We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only things we didn’t like was that the curtains could be better at keeping light out. The sun came in early. We’ll certainly be coming back next year. ”
