“My basic requirements for a hotel stay are quiet and a hot shower. Both requirements were met. Breakfast was pretty standard for Hampton Inn. Bed and room furniture were fine. The problems were minor maintenance issues - screws sticking out of a poorly aligned door frame, perhaps mold around fire suppression system... (photos attached) I have stayed here before and probably will again. ”

“A pleasant experience. Staff was accomodating and helpful. Motel needed some updating, but clean and very comfortable. Felt very safe. Breakfast although a bit sparse was good.”

“This is an older hotel, but in good condition & very clean, the staff are very friendly. We always stay here when visiting family in the area because of the great location & they are pet friendly. It is a quiet, comfortable sleep. There is an amazing walking trail near this hotel also. ”

“Simple little motel/hotel that was exactly what we were looking for on our way to a graduation in Iowa City. Clean, quiet, good cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and convenient. ”

“Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Coffee pot in the room and comfy beds. Was a little challenging regulating the temp and the air was noisy. ”

“Room was exceptional. Everything clean modern and top quality. Bosch microwave, Wolf countertop induction cooktop, Pull out drawer frig and freezer. Rainfall shower with extra water hose. . The room with 2 queen size beds was the size of an apartment. Retracting reading lights on bed. Dining table, desk, sofa and comfortable chair and ottoman. Everything top quality and well appointed. ”
