“I wanted to start off by saying, Antonio was great and very helpful after a previous crazy stay at another Vrbo. I hadn't received my entry instructions and was getting worried so he called me and told me they were saying they had issues with the Vrbo communication platform. We talked a bit, and he texted me the check-in info to help ease my mind.I got to the place around 1 am after a night in the city. It was quiet, cozy & as described, almost.The walls were kind of dirty, the lamp was missing……

“This place was amazing! The host was excellent and the views are stunning! Anytime I go back to NYC, I am staying here. Sounds like a small thing, but the water pressure in the shower is great. You don’t always get that when you are 50 floors high. ”

“My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. ”

“We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“I was staying at this property for a business trip. The location was nice and quiet. I did have some trouble finding which property it was on the street as there was no visible house number. I wasn’t sure if I could park in the driveway as it would block the garage. I was given permission, but there is also parking on the street. It is a 2-story home with the apartment in the lower level. There is one main entry for a few doors for other apartments. The space was lovely with a clean bathroom and……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Beauty by the Sea, especially the well-appointed kitchen, sparkling clean bathrooms, comfortable living spaces and easy access to the beach. We hope to return for another visit one day.”

“A beautiful property plan on staying several days and spend some time in the kitchen cause it's a chefs or any cooks place to cook in. 3 big bedrooms and plenty of towels to use unlike some places ive stayed in the past. ”

“Our room size was perfect, for my hubby and I, for two nights. I did go for the room that actually had a bathroom included rather than a communal washroom. The restroom was built into the closet but was totally functional with a toilet and shower. There was also no TV. It was less than 20 to Uber around rather than worry about trains. Oh and we had a rental so we arranged parking in advance! If you’ve never been to a major city, the parking is tricky. You can only park for 2 hours between……

“I just wanna say that I had the best time in my life, with my three boys and my mother-in-law! It was a really hard year for us all and it was really nice to get away and have a great time. The place we stayed at was amazing. Exactly if not better than the pictures. really easy to communicate anytime I had a problem or question the owner was right there either texting me right back or even she had to make a house visit which I greatly appreciate! “What we loved the most was the location - its proximity to India Square was something we were thrilled about. Additionally, the hosts were very cordial and accommodating to all our requests, including the request to park a rental vehicle in the garage throughout the duration of the stay. Furthermore, what was very surprising, and a comfort for the family, was the availability of bidets - something you may want to consider, if you have family visiting from places such as India.The only challenge……

“We stayed about a week and the location could not be beat. It is only about two blocks from the Red line, shops and lots of restaurants, too. The kitchen had just just enough for us to prepare a few simple meals ourselves then hang out on the big comfy couch. We did bring some of our own blankets and pillows--there were no extras. Nothing fancy, but overall nice and relaxing.”

“The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!”

Joyful trip in New York

"I enjoyed breakfast very well for plenty of food, fruits and coffee as well as juice. It is very close to subway, souvenir shop and the Time Square."

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
