“From the moment you walk in it felt like a comfy home away from home. I stayed with my two good friends from our highschool years and was perfect for a girls trip and a small family. Was equipped with all essentials and was super clean and welcoming! We would definitely stay again! They also had a welcome/ helpful binder of all things near and any questions that might come to mind could be answered in it, was truly so cute!”

“Very quaint, rustic cabin way up in the mountains, in the forest, with visits from javalinas and deer on a weekly basis. It had a nice big back yard for our dog, and it is very pet friendly. Big old two-seater swing on the back porch, like Cracker Barrel. The house is decorated with lots of kitsch (like a can of "Possum Soup" in the kitchen, haha) and it is very homey. But we had some problems getting it to be warm enough until we found the oil heaters in the closet .. there is no furnace. ……

“This property was a nice getaway but the listing says it sleeps 14 and one of the “beds” is a stained cot that is incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing air mattresses for some people because of the cot situation and one of the beds was hard as a rock. It felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The house is great and is tucked away in the trees. The driveway is incredibly steep to get up. If you have more than 4/5 cars that need to be parked it is very tough to maneuver. The house……

“Though we live in Prescott we wanted to get away from the noise and activity that pervades our neighborhood. This house fit the bill perfectly. Relatively remote without being too far from town, very quiet neighborhood, forest access to one side, and simple but sufficient amenities within. Seeing all the wildlife around was a big bonus.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. The home is AMAZING! The kitchen is well stocked, we had five people in our party and there were enough dishes for everyone. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and family room for everyone to relax at the end of the day! We also really loved the deck, it was a special treat in the morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the wildlife. While we are on the subject of the deck, we made use of the very clean bbq, what a treat that……

“The place is perfect for a simple place to stay for one or two people. The place was super-clean and everything was in new condition. The location was quiet and peaceful with a wide variety of birds on the property. I would say the property and the unit were much nicer in person than conveyed in the photos. Rich was right there the first time I pulled up the driveway and showed me everything I needed to know about the location.I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit……
