“The hotel is just perfect!!!! I seldom leave a review but my experience was so good that I must express my gratitude. The actual environment and cleanliness are even better than the photos. And the hotel vibe and environment is so relaxing which is much better than those hotels near the beach (which I had stayed in one of them before staying in Sa Cabana). I seldom use hotel facilities, but for this hotel, it made me woke up early in order to enjoy the awesome sauna, jacuzzi and spa. The hotel……

“A group of us stayed for my 30th birthday - honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible service as soon as we stepped in the door. Spectacular views, private beach, pool, spa, sea view restaurant. We couldn’t have asked for more! P.s. premium sea view is defo worth it!”

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“Wir waren für einen Partyurlaub am Ballermann im Hotel. Einfach klasse , das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Hotel sehr sauber , das Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise war es nur schade das das Personal weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen hat. Jedoch hat uns das nicht weiter gestört denn am Ende hat es mit Händen und Füßen geklappt. Der Service war sehr gut, man durfte am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag am Pool bleiben, hat kostenlose Handtücher erhalten und konnte kostenlos duschen……

“Wir waren das zweite Mal Gast in diesem Hotel und können nur positives berichten. Besonders der Service ist hervorzuheben. Gerade bei vielen Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten ist es für uns nicht immer einfach ein gutes Hotel zu finden. Wir haben unseren Favoriten in dieser Gegend gefunden. Vielen Dank Cloe für das gute Essen, den tollen Service und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und wir mögen die Lage des Hotels sehr. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)”

“Das Puro Hotel ist einzigartig, die Lage ist top und es liegt in den niedlichen engen Gassen von Palma. Circa 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale und Shoppingmöglichkeiten entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich als echter Gast hier. Wir werden sicher wiedermal kommen, es hat uns sehr gefallen.”

“Das Essen war gut, jedoch oft lauwarm oder vereinzelt kalt. Lag am Buffet Betrieb und an den Wärmeplatten. Hotel schön, mehrheitlich ruhig. vereinzelt waren Partygäste hörbar (Ballermann) wenn das Fenster geöffnet war. Pool & Jacuzzi zu kalt (18°). cool - Fahrradmiete, Parkplatz. Angenehme Düfte im Hotel. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. ”
