Cute, comfortable, conveniently located and well priced without any of the overcharges that so many of these places can have. What a welcomed relief! Communicating with the owner was great and very easy - Vicki was so thoughtful - she even sent us recommendations tailored to our "birding" needs - as well as food and shopping. “I booked this place to surprise my 83 old mother with a nice place to stay near Tucson. When we arrived to move her in I walked in on an unsuspecting guest who had been staying there for a week and still had several days on his stay. Classic case of a “Superhost” who posts onmultiple sites but doesn’t manage their bookings! Lazy! I’m lucky the guy didn’t freak out! Anyway, it took over two hours to get the host to respond and I ended up on the phone withVRBO for nearly an hour to get my money……

“Beautiful new property; indoor decor upscale, professional and yet comfortable; back patio space and furniture was very nice, new. In the first 30 minutes we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the cushioned rocking chairs on the back patio and saw a Bewick wren and gamble quail. Later drinks with friends at the outdoor sofa and chairs. Nice neighbor for walking, golf and birdwatching ”
