“Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent, next to the Avila cathedral in the center of the old town. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is……

“Great hotel for the price. Very large room with sitting area separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door. A few minutes drive from the city center but getting back and forth by car was easy enough. Staff was helpful and professional.”
