I fell in love wit SA allover again due to this character of this place and the location. Waking up to the sun shinning through the almost celling to ground windows. Drinking my morning coffee on the balcony to just enjoying the sunset and the view of downtown from the balcony, I will absolutely be back and hope it heals the next people……

“Hidden gem in an older industrial area. Fairly new apartments located near a railroad. The area was super quiet and relaxing. There is a small trail that runs alongside the river. We had a nice walk at night. The apartment itself was clean and just felt like being at home. Small and cute place! No clear instructions regarding parking (there are signs about texting to park in the area or car will be towed). Would definitely stay hear again. ”

“I personally love vintage buildings and this building oozed perfect vintage! It was cozy and it felt right at home! It was super clean and the way it was decorated was just superb! The bed was so comfortable that we just slept through the whole night without any tossing and turning! This page is a must for any couple! ”

“Check in was a bit confusing but our stay was FANTASTIC!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The patio was nice in the mornings. The unit was close to the stairs and exit and that was nice with the dogs in and out easily.July in Texas is NOT the time to walk to dinner or a show, so we ended up using Uber because Google maps wanted to route us a mile walk away from Gruene Hall. ”
