“This house was an amazing surprise. Nicest neighborhood in Richmond that we never knew existed. The house is completely new on the inside and only minutes from the EKU campus. Only regret is that we wish we knew about this house before so we could have stayed there many more times. ”

“The location had easy access and a great café just around the corner. The space was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note, however, is that the apartment is on the top floor with no door separating it from the staircase. While the two other apartments on the lower floor remained locked, it's something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a good experience!”

“This property was all that we expected. The owner was on our text messages fast and was very accommodating. They had items out for our 4 legged children and the backyard was awesome. Very clean, the bed was comfy. We will definitely be back to visit our family and will be booking again with this property.”

“We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. ”

“Amazing time away from reality. Such a beautiful quiet little spot. Gravel drive is rough but to be expected on a working farm. Our favorite part was feeding and loving on splash and precious (horses). Highly highly recommend this little getaway. ”

“The cottage is in a beautiful woods setting. It is a new home with comfort. Juliana was easy to work with and very accommodating. We enjoyed a pit fire, stars and were surprised by hearing Whippoorwills. This part of Kentucky is gorgeous with hiking and a cool art center - fun restaurants. ”

“Did not receive check in instructions, door code, WiFi code. Property owner arrived at property to let me in after an hour. House and bed was nice. I think the listing need to be updated to reflect that different rooms of the house are being rented by different parties. A party arrived after me and began accusing me of using the house they believed they rented the entire thing. Also there is no laundry machines available. They are present, but in a locked area of the house. Overall, I needed a……
