“Had an amazing time and the house had everything we needed. Large spacious clean rooms, great outdoor dining area which provided great family evenings. Beach hut across the road was an added bonus and had snorkelling gear, kayaks etc. Connie is a great host and had just the right amount of communication. Would recommend this place. Roosters always a problem with noise, use earplugs if you are a light sleeper, it is the same all-around Rarotonga.”

“We had a great stay at this property. It was very convenient for us with the 3 kids. The pool was great, it was cleaned daily, and the hosts were great communication. The house was clean, and in the context of Rarotonga was well resourced. We were initially alarmed at the dogs and chickens around the place when we checked in, as it’s the first time we have been here and with a 2am arrival, but you soon learn that’s the Rarotonga way and life and it was not a bother. Family of six (4x kids) this house met all its needs, from location, price (stayed 8 days) right through to wifi, filtered drinking water, love that our “backyard” was the beach!!! AWESOME friendly neighbours who became our family!! House is spacious, private & situated super close to airport, town and shops. Great quick communication from host, friendly and lovely! “The property is true to pictures, private and calming, right on the beach, you are between two channels so care should be taken when swimming however this is just common sense. The property was well equiped with everything we need, you can self cater with indoor and outdoor cooking options. We had a car so access to shops etc was very easy, there is a bus service or you can hire bikes as an option on the Island and there are plenty of eating options and convenience stores all round the Island.……
