“Our family of 4 stayed 2 weeks while visiting the city and surrounding areas. It was a good location for us to where we wanted to go. Short distance to downtown and transit. Plenty of room between 3 floors. Very clean and easy to check-in. Washer and dryer in the basement was convenient and great to have a TV in every bedroom and living room. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Its an older home so the floors and stairs creaked,and in an older but quiet neighborhood……

“We had a great visit to Colton’s place. It unit is clean and huge. Plenty of parking available. We felt safe and secure, both inside and out.”

“Six of us stayed at the townhouse for a long weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. We enjoyed the game room, the big kitchen, sitting on the back deck while cooking on the grill and walking around the lake. The home had everything we needed!”

“Great location with easy access to DC and Baltimore. Great for a group of friends or a family (or both!) Host was very accessible and very quick to respond and very helpful! The back yard is fenced in for privacy and pet friendly. We had a lovely stay! ”

“Prior to arriving from booking to the day of departure and arrival, the owner was in good communication with me. My family stayed here previously with our little grands and we loved the space all the features and extras in the house. This time ( our 2nd visit) it was just the four of us- mom 85, spouse myself and sister. Upon arrival it was in the evening and the lawn and needed some cutting. The combination lock on the door went smoothly. It was very hot that day and upon entering it was nice……

It was clean, spacious and clearly recently renovated.. located in a typical Baltimore Neighborhood, It’s about 15 minutes away from just about anything.. above all the property manager and owners were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns that we had. Overall, very positive experience and just what we needed.”

“The property was beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet, the host was responsive, and overall we were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs, but unless I just overlooked them, there weren't any bowls for eating cereal or something like that. Not a huge deal for us, but others may see that as inconvenient.If I had to suggest improvements here's what I would say - spring for a comfier couch and softer beds, add”
