“I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey. ”

“As you can see this bed and breakfast establishment has been given 5 stars but the way Bryce and Lindsay run Heal house this goes beyond 5 stars .For anyone who wants to stay In Brisbane should look no further than HEAL HOUSE. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were better than any 5 star hotel. Mike and Sylvia Perth ”

“The hotel room is okay, fairly clean, what's worth mention is the owner of the hotel is a really nice and friendly guy, it's my first visit to Wynnum and he helped me a lot”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Had a very comfortable stay at Il Mondo. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My room was quiet and had everything I needed. It was well located for an event at the nearby Story Bridge Hotel. ”

“Quite a good accessible unit. Comfortable bed and convenient bathroom. I have mobility issues, but don’t use a wheelchair, and found the couch was too low for me to use.”
