“Another amazing stay at one of the best rentals available in Eastport Maine. The owners are truly amazing even offering me an extra night to avoid the pending snowstorm on Christmas Eve. This really meant a lot and just goes hand and hand with the quality of this great rental. Everything about the house was perfect for our third holiday spent there. Couldn't ask for a better experience, location, and level of comfort.”

The cabin, situated on a peaceful lake and in a fairy-woodland, gently persuades one to thoroughly release every stress. The cabin itself is well-stocked and smells of fresh pine. Our family was blessed beyond measure by our stay. Also, Heidi and her family are wonderful people! ”

“The property and views were so much better than expected! We especially enjoyed the wicker recliners on the deck for watching the sea life and tides. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great. Easy into town yet very private. We enjoyed our time at Birch Point and the Lubec area. Maine is a favorite vacation spot, and we will certainly look to return if our travels bring us north again. Thank you!”

“i needed a last minute place to stay for a work trip this past weekend. accidentally booked the wrong weekend and Jennifer was super responsive and helped me to change the dates as well as spoke to my concerned dad who was nervous to have his (25 year old) baby traveling alone, haha. The apartment is clean, exactly (if not better) as how it's listed, with a great location right infront of the water and downtown. Jennifer left a list of places that would be open during the fall and winter months……

“Our 3rd stay at Seaside Sanctuary and this time we stayed 2 weeks. Stacey is always super-communicative and the house has everything you could possibly need. We were able to get in some nice day trips down to the Schoodic Peninsula of Acadia National Park, Milbridge, Calais, Eastport, Reversing Falls, Machias & Jasper Beach. We caught a sunrise at West Quoddy Head Lighthouse and explored Cobscook Shores and points around Lubec and the Bold Coast. We spent about 1/2 the time there just "being" at……

“I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was. The grounds are stunning and so very quiet at night, the cabin is immaculate, and the view of the bay is indescribably beautiful. Be sure to look up and take in the stars at night!”

“House was lovely, very clean and thoughtfully stocked; even fresh flowers in several of the rooms. Beds were comfortable and set up for cold weather as we were there in December. Our host, Gabriela, was highly responsive and welcoming. And the views of the water were beautiful, highly recommend.”

“We greatly enjoyed our four night stay on Carlow Island at this property. It was a quiet area, with plenty of beach, perfect for a family with children to explore. We had a wonderful time, collected a lot of sea glass, and biked down to Eastport and up along the down East sunrise trail into perry.”
