“This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free. ”

“Very old, very bad, very dirty. Only good location, nothing else satisfied. ”

“O hotel é muito bom mas o check-in é tarde: 15h. A maioria dos hotéis faz check-in às 14h. A sorte foi o líder do check-in, ao ser solicitado, ter liberado meu quarto antes visto que já estava liberado.”

“酒店附近有巴士站，超市；早餐還可以，餐廳的晚餐也不錯；毛巾比較舊，梳洗用品缺乏。”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“O hotel é lindo, limpo, uma vista maravilhosa, funcionários atensiosos. Precisa melhorar o cafe, ha muita variedade mas os pães não são gostosos, duros, secos, os ovos mexidos tbm deixam muito a desejar, pose ser pelo volume de hóspedes e, consequentemente, de refeições. Enfim, o cafe precisa melhorar porque o cafe é muito importante , no mais tudo ótimo. ”
