“Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Even on the day I checked out I was allowed to use a hospitality room to shower and change clothes. Rooms are big and showers have excellent pressure. ”

“This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free. ”

We visited for my fiancé’s 40th birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first time in Rio. The staff was fantastic, from the check in, to the beach staff (Chaz was amazing!), to the restaurant. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. “Stayed here with my 4 brothers and my cousin. David automatically set us up with the condo host Alesandro. Alesandro, to say the least, was great. He and David helped us arrange transportation and even tours. The condo was huge and allowed privacy for all of us. It is conveniently within walking distance of Copacabana beach. Any questions or issues we had were quickly answered by Alesandro. We always felt safe here as there is an attendant at the door 24 hours a day. We can't wait to……
