“Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊”

“This is a very cute little property just minutes from the beach and close to the heart of Port Aransas. Everything is provided, the bed was comfy and A/C kept us comfortable on some really hot days. My kids and I had a great experience...except for the sunburn. Use that sunscreen!”

“As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. I did some some glowing reviews and I had only a few seconds to skim over them before deciding to book. I have to add to all those reviews. “My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”
