“下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。”

“This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. The train station is a 15 minute walk away as is the local shopping centre. The club next door provides good meals. Our only criticism is with the size of the bath towels and the fact that consumables such as milk and toilet paper are not replenished when the stay is longer than 1 night.”

“Well presented property. The owner Rebecca was lovely. Everything is well thought out and she provides everything you need for a night away. Could not fault the premises she has done a lovely job. Only downside is the guest room is attached to their personal residence. Which you could here walking from upstairs.”

“Very friendly and accommodating staff when we wanted early access to our room. Helpfulness continued throughout our stay. Nice comfortable room. Black mark to Expedia - their accounting procedures left me in total confusion concerning payment. And I am not totally sure that I gave them authority to access my account for this booking. A withdrawal from the account without mention of the name of the accommodation provider ...??? Just 30 digits of codes.”
