“Upon our arrival (11.30am), there was no one at reception, in fact we never got to meet any reception /management staff. The only people there were a cook and young man, that had no idea what was going on. He informed us that the reception lady was on her way and would arrive approx 4pm!! We managed to speak to her via the young man and the phone.
We asked to be shown to our room but the lady (still via the phone call) said we didn’t have a booking! We said we had an email confirmation from……
