“Overall we were disappointed with our stay at this listing especially for the price. This house was in a great area if you're looking to stay in lush Coconut Grove/Coral Gables area within a short drive to Main Hwy shops and restaurants and Shops at Merrick Park. The house was nicely staged and was spacious but it was clearly old and was in disrepair. Although the beds were clean and nicely made, the bathrooms were very dated and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival with hairs in……

“This is an absolutely unique and fantastic property. The outdoor amenities are over the top fund. There are eight spacious bedrooms, a large family room, dining room and easy to navigate kitchen. We were five minutes from the airport and less than fifteen minutes to get to trump.Doral for meetings. Tons of local cuban flavor being in the heart of it.. nani was a great host”

“Communication from the host was practically non-existent. The listing HAD mention a heated pool, but the property did not have a heated pool. Because of all of the shade, the pool was cold.The check-in information message included about 5 NEW rules that were not mentioned in the listing.We had bugs in one of the bathrooms (ants and spiders).The backyard had a lot of mosquitos.The beds were uncomfortable. The frame for the bed in the downstairs room is not supportive.The host never sent……

“Amazing stay in a beautiful home”

“I stayed at this property for several days wow I was in town helping my daughter move out of her student housing for the summer. It only took me seven minutes to get back-and-forth to the University of Miami- ideal! The place is just perfect for one or two people. My daughter ended up staying with me at the second half of the week. It’s so close to restaurants and shops and we took advantage of walking around too many places. The yard is like a mini oasis with places to sit and drink your coffee……
