“Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands. We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location. We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard. Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans. The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent. Probably the best accommodation we have found on this……

“This is a budgeted hotel No ambience no maintanence/upkeep No difference between deluxe and premier rooms except one fridge There were some summer insects in room The breakfast person told us to stir the tea with butter knife Huh ?? “What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.”

“My stay at Diviyum Manor was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The bed linens looked old and worn, and I even found stains on them. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, they were unapologetic and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the noise from neighboring rooms was constant, making it difficult to get any rest. Overall, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend Diviyum Manor to anyone……
