“As Oregon "refugees" we enjoyed the April days of dry weather (although we were greeted with snow on April 1). After that we enjoyed watching golfers attack the 18th fairway and often found it a great source of humor. The two bedroom, two bath set up was just right when we had friends join us for one of the weekends. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining/living room was the right size, nicely carpeted with a large screen TV. We were able to fit our SUV in the garage, but it……

“Great location, very relaxing setting would definitely stay there again. Also very easy access to Prescott Valley and Prescott.”

“The location was convenient for an event I was attending. Nice size ground floor unit. Everything worked as expected. Price is very reasonable.Only one unexpected issue and know the owner has or will address since he contacted me about it. ”

“Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Located about an hour north of Phoenix, so a visit to Grand Canyon or Sedona, can be easily done in a day.”

“Friendly host, good communication. Near the Black Canyon Trail and not far from other hiking areas such as Agua Fria National Monument. Probably better for a shorter term stay than for our longer stay. Kitchen area quite small, only room for so much equipment / utensils.”
