“Everyone appreciated the tranquility of the forest and most comfortable beds and blankets. The cabin was well decorated and very clean. Chance responded immediately whenever I reached out with questions. I think that the listing could have mentioned that the main bedrooms are all upstairs and that a high clearance vehicle is needed. We all had a great time and enjoyed nearby hiking trails and exploring Prescott antique stores and restaurants!”

“This place is rad-tastic! No t.v., no internet! Just a quiet, peaceful, one of a kind place at the foot of the Mingus Mountains! The Host was super communicative, friendly amd informative! Beautiful view of the the forest in all directions! Plus. This place is literally 200' from the Verde River!!! You hear it and your chillaxin!!! My suggestion!!! Move the table to there the Murphy bed it, put together a puzzle, olay 9nenof the many board games provided, and open the french door! Get comfy and……

“Owner was easy to communicate with and attentive. Just in passing we mentioned that we could use some more coffee filters because we drink a lot of coffee, so he left us a larger coffee maker as well as the filters . It's the little things that make a rental special. ”

“We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home ”

“We stayed at this property for five days and nights. There were five of us and one small dog. This property had it all! From young to older to our four legged family member, we were all comfy and enjoyed the beautiful scenery! It is just minutes from downtown and ultra quiet! The property borders the National Park which was awesome for walks and at night you can see so many stars! It was well stocked and there was something for everyone! We will definitely be back!”

“Our stay was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house and big driveway. We were able to get 5 cars on it. It was perfect for our group. Olga was very helpful whenever we texted. They also had board games, card games, and enough seating areas outside for all 7 of us. Pretty close to Lynx Lake, too.”

While relaxing out on the beautiful deck we watched a herd of deer graze around the cabin for about 45 minutes. It was the perfect weekend getaway for the two of us. We will definitely be back.”
