“Great place to stay for running the Black Canyon Ultra! ”

“Nice little cabin tucked away off the main road. Neighbors are a bit close though. Host is super responsive. Very clean overall, cute layout. Oven didn’t work but I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon! We didn’t love the biolet/toilet situation but it worked well & there was no odor. Pillows were great, but the one bed wasn’t comfortable as it had a dip in the mattress. Sofa was very comfy! We got to enjoy some downtime as a family and that was wonderful! Close to Prescott square to enjoy the Christmas……

“State 48 had a great feel of staying in a cabin! I would have liked the outdoor furniture to be a little more comfortable. ”

“We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. The property was very nice. Unfortunately we arrived with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and it was so overloaded that running it didnt get them clean. Half of the dishes in the cupboards were also dirty. We spent all of Thansgiving morning washing dishes. Outside of this, we had an amazing weekend but it was disappointing to pay so much for cleaning and then having to do it ourselves.”

“The place was clean and very comfortable if you want to get away from the city. Nice fireplace, but the places in town are charging $8. for a small bundle of wood. Bring your own. We will probably rent it in the summer to get out of the heat. ”

“The host was very accommodating, I flew in, drove up from PHX and needed to check in after midnight and it was no problem. The cabin is essentially a studio with a very cute Murphy bed and serviceable kitchen and bathroom. The neighbors are very close and the surrounding community is not exactly scenic, but for my immediate need, it worked just fine. ”

“Beautiful property! The house was wonderfully kept, clean, and updated throughout. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Perfect for families and pets; the dog run was awesome. Beds were super comfy, hot tub was enjoyable, and kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again with our family of 6!”
