“Property was very clean and well kept. Bed were very comfortable and the location was close to our son's baseball games and restaurants.”

“My family of 8 stayed for a long weekend. There are comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio is wonderful for enjoying star gazing by the fire pit. Paula is quick to respond to any questions. The only small negative is that there are signs everywhere in the house reminding of rules. I hosted a dinner and guests were required to park at the bottom of a long, steep drive instead of in the large parking area at the house. That said, I would stay again. It is a lovely home. ”

“Yes you need a 4wd to access this property.We had a pit of town family member who was not able to make it up the hill, he has a suv, the neighbor came outside and said that he was tearing up his driveway.. even though it’s not his driveway… overall this is a nice place, it’s dated, the furniture, appliances and beds. The jaccuzi tub did not work which was sad because that is one of the main reason we booked this place. We tried to reach out to the PM, but they were not able to locate anyone to……

“A very bright home with great views. The open concept made it seem huge. The only negative for us was there were so many stairs from the driveway to the entrance it was difficult for us. ”

“Something for everyone and plenty of room. Great location with lake, food and downtown all close. Hot tub under the pine trees was amazing and grill on the deck just outside of the dining room was great. Kids loved the game room, toys and yard. Thoughtful baby gates and play area. Would love to come back again.”

“This is a beautiful property with stunning views and rooms in which to enjoy them. The house was very complete with all the items and more you might need for a stay (kitchen, cleaning, etc.). Best for a spring, summer or fall stay, as the driveway is very steep.”

“We had a wedding almost right around the corner from this place. We knew it was going to be a late night and didn’t want to drive back to the valley so we decided to book here and we were so glad we did. When one member of our party wanted to leave we were able to take them to the VRBO and get right back to the celebration. The place is clean, nicely furnished and a great location if you are staying in Black Canyon City. We were very happy with our stay and extremely happy with the location ”
