“I expected it to be a bit cleaner. Pictures are not accurate need to be updated. The coffee pot was not a keiurg like advertised and we brought the wrong coffee. Different chair in the living space too. Bed was uncomfortable could use updating along with pillows. ”

“I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything……

“The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen.……

“This property has a great location. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Horses on the island across the waterway the property does have a lot of steps to get into it. the parking is around back off of Craven Street. but it’s a big plus having a parking space.”

“The Views are great from both sides of the unit. it is really roomy for a condo. Prents are 87 and 84 and used to own some property jut up the beach and we have vacationed here for years. Only negatives were it was not really handicapped which has nothing to do with this place..that was on me.. As for check in there were plenty of emails and follow up but must hit "#" before the elevator code. And bring most anything you want in terms of salt/pepper, etc that you might find in other……

“We have always loved staying at APATB. This is the first time renting from a rental company vs. private owner and you could tell the differences. This unit was as described, but lacked the “extras”. “This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. “Booked it for Easter week 2025. We enjoy staying by the ocean but anticipating the water would still be on the crisp side we were happy to find a place that had an indoor heated pool. The unit was clean and cozy as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen hardware. The unit is located on the far side of the property so bring a cart to haul your beach chairs and stuff to the sand. The beach is clean with plenty of space . Will definitely book again.”
