“Well turned up at this hotel having booked it last minute due to a cancelled flight, only to find that the hotel was closed! Yet Hotels.com allowed the booking to go through. Had to contact them to reimburse the cost which they have thankfully. Not the hotel’s fault, as they should not have been on the website.”
