“Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Special thanks to Pawar, Rakhee, and Mhare for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable. We are already planning our return trip!”

“The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.”

“The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt aber etwas weiter weg von ANJUNA Beach und man braucht ein Scooter oder Taxi um zum Strand zu fahren. Das Frühstück wurde nicht als Büffet sondern a la carte serviert.”

“Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. The owner takes the time……

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”
