Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”
“The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony.
Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper. ”
“My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings .. ”
“We found little flies come out from the floor drain of the washrooms. We made feedback to staff and they said it was common in the apartment and just add some insecticide to kill them. It is my first time to Australia in Dec and we did not experience such before as we are used to travel in autumns. ”
