“I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.”

“Room was very clean. Property manager was amazing to deal with. Rooms are fairly dated. Bed frames were squeaky to the point where I went to my car to grab an allen wrench out of my toolbox to tighten them up. That fixed The problem. Everything else in the room worked as it was supposed to though. It's a motel so I wasn't expecting a palace. Great customer service and very cleanv goes a long way in my book.”

“The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. There were also black areas on the edges of the shower curtain as if a mechanic with greasy hands had handled it. I wiped off a spot of dried……
